1. Confirm that your computer is capable of recieving a Real Media Stream, by checking the System Requirements.

2. Click on the image below to get to the Real Player download page.
   

3. Click the "RealPlayer Basic is our free player" link. Note that there are two versions of Real Player available. The more advanced version you have to pay for. Only the free basic version is needed to receive our webcasts.

4. Select Language, fill out the form and click the "Download FREE Real Player Basic" button. This will lead you to links closer to your area for the download.

5. Save the program onto your local disk and wait for the download. This should take about 15-20 minutes with a 28.8k modem. Take note of the file name and the directory you are saving it to.

6. After the download has finished, locate the file on your local disk and double click it to run the installation software.

7. After the installion is complete, it may ask you to re-start your computer. If not, manually re-start your computer.

8. After your computer has re-started, test the player on the webcast test page.
