Multimedia Services uses the streaming technology provided by Real Networks to provide online presentations (webcasts). Windows Media streaming technology will also be available shortly.

To view a webcast you will need to install Real Player.

Many companies and educational organisations have "firewalls" which may prevent you from viewing a streaming broadcast.
A downloaded version will allow you to bypass the firewall.
